On March 18th, as part of the Aliment\u00e0ria fair, Bioboost participated in the presentation of the Open Access Pre-Industrial Protein Plant promoted by the Catalonia Bioeconomy Hub, one of the projects with which Bioboost is currently collaborating. <\/p>\n\n

The Aliment\u00e0ria fair is one of the most important international events in the food sector, hospitality, and the entire value chain, seeking to provide responses to the sector’s needs through innovation and synergies. <\/p>\n\n

Within this fair, Bioboost intervened in the roundtable “Presentation of the open access pre-industrial protein plant and needs of the plant-based sector: Dialogue with the industry”. n particular, Javier V\u00e1zquez, partner of the Intellectual Property Department of Roca Junyent, a partner of Bioboost, spoke about the challenges of intellectual property in open access facilities and, in particular, the legal mechanisms to ensure confidentiality of information as well as guaranteeing ownership and exploitation rights of industrial and intellectual property and know-how generated during the project’s development.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n
