Representatives from the Bioboost project attended the inaugural general conference of the Circular Cities and Regions Initiative (CCRI)in Brussels on November 8th and 9th. This initiative stands out for driving the circular economy and supporting the implementation of solutions for circular systems (#EUCircularSystemicSolutions) in EU cities and regions.
Organized by the European Commission, this event provides a unique opportunity for policymakers, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and experts to understand how circular economies are transforming various industries.
The conference has showcased concrete examples of innovative governance practices and financial models, opportunities to scale circular economy solutions, specific ways to translate circular visions into reality in EU cities and regions, and relevant information for policymakers implementing circular economy milestones.
It has been a great opportunity to connect and collaborate with members of the CCRI community, exchanging information, ideas, and perspectives with other circular economy stakeholders focused on the implementation of systemic solutions and addressing effective change.
